Biometric Data: A facial scan or "liveness" video to confirm your identity against your provided ID.

Contact Data: Email address and phone number.

Financial Data: Payment card details (processed securely via Stripe).

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following legal bases:

Contractual Necessity: To perform the verification service you have purchased.

Legal Obligation: To comply with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) regulations.

Explicit Consent: By initiating the biometric scan, you provide explicit consent for us to process your biometric data for identification purposes.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

To maintain bank-grade security, we share your data with the following specialist providers:

Stripe Payments UK Ltd: For secure payment processing and financial fraud screening.

Veriff: For biometric facial recognition, liveness detection, and document authentication.

HMRC / Government Databases: For checking against global sanction and PEP (Politically Exposed Person) lists.

5. Data Retention

We do not store your raw biometric data or full ID images longer than necessary. Once a verification report is generated, sensitive raw images are deleted from our primary servers after 30 days. We retain the final "Pass/Fail" report for 5 years to satisfy UK financial audit and AML compliance requirements.
